Hello Joy!
I have many happy memories of eating Pansit at family gatherings! I always loved it, although I haven't eaten it in quite a while. It would be great to have some!

If you come up to visit I will most definitely make you some! It's not as good as my mom's but, hopefully it will suffice :) In fact, my dad's here with me right now, and I got to make it for him. He say's "Hi" and we send our love!
